Detailed methodology
MEIT-calculated value from official CIF cumulative totals. January equals the January total; from February through December, month N equals YTD N minus exact same-year YTD N-1. No flow is produced when the previous month is missing. Both OC releases are recorded, and a revision recomputes the affected month and the following month when available. Services are excluded.
