Privacy Policy

Data collected
- User account: name, email, hashed password, verification status, role and profile information voluntarily provided.
- Subscription: payment-linked subscription identifiers and status, without local storage of full card numbers.
- Newsletter and transactional emails: email address, preferences, technical delivery history and unsubscribe status.
- Site usage: pages viewed, aggregated events, device, browser and approximate country or region depending on enabled analytics and advertising tools.
- Forum and contributions: messages, reports, moderation records and metadata needed for service security.
Purposes
- Create and secure user accounts.
- Provide PRO features, the Data Center, exports, newsletters and forum access.
- Measure audience and improve pages with aggregated statistics.
- Display, measure and secure advertising when Google AdSense is active.

Google AdSense advertising

- Plausible: privacy-friendly audience measurement when configured.
- Google AdSense: ad serving and measurement when enabled.
Retention
- Account: while the account exists, then deleted or anonymized when retention is no longer necessary.
- Subscription and billing: according to accounting, tax and anti-fraud obligations.
- Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn or the user unsubscribes.
- Technical and security logs: limited period needed for diagnostics, security and abuse prevention.
